| Cancellation Policy | |
Reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card upon booking. 30% deposit of the stay required for 6 nights or more. All reservations must be cancelled 2 days prior to arrival to avoid a 1 night stay penalty. Exception for 6 nights or more: all reservations must be cancelled 7 days prior to arrival to avoid a full deposit charge. No show: 1 night invoicing. A child above 12 years old will be considered as an adult and must pay extra adult charge. City tax : 1.30 EUR per person.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 48 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
