• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 5pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room, per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, breakfast is not included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, but during High Season, the total price is due one month before the arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Italian, Danish, German, Russian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  5 floors with 2 lifts.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Each room is quiet and there is VIP attention.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Pool side room have a balcony. City side room have a bow window.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  The 4th level is No Smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There are TV in each room with PTV (you pay for a film). Channels are: TF1, France2, France3,Canal+ (en clair), ARTE, M6, Eurosport, ZDF, CNN, RAI2.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes there is, without extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes. You need a phone Card. The price is 9.15 Eur for 50 unit.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, 2 outdoor heated swimming pools.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We've got a 2 level car park.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Close to the Residence.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Nice 30 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Miramar.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Cannes.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  We've got the Aqua Viva Centre with Sauna, Hammam, Turkish Bath and Massage.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Only for the breakfast.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes in some bedroom, there is the access to ADSL (On request and extra charge).
