The night manager was very accommodating and friendly. He spoke english very well (as advertised) and all else was as expected. I dont know if we were just exhausted or not but it was the best nights sleep we got while in italy and france! The hotel was very nice and homey. ... Great - just as advertised and felt very welcome and that the staff was glad we were there.

The rooms are rather small but very clean. The pictures do not portray the size of room correctly. You should include square footage of rooms as an added information for all hotels listed. That would be very useful information for customers deciding on hotels based on pictures. ... I found a 4 * hotel in Beaune at least 3 times better than this in size and comfort for half the price. So I certainly feel I paid a lot more for a lot less. ... You should show up 30 mins before stated end time for breakfast OR you may have to fight to get breakfast. We showed up 15 minutes before closing time and encountered a staff member who wanted to shoo us away saying no breakfast will be served (quite rude). It's only when I asked to speak to a manager that we were served breakfast.
