• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Buffet breakfast has an extra cost.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  During busy periods, we charge the 1st night at arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Two floors and two elevators.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Honeymooners welcome (please advise at booking) Restaurant with Candle sticks.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some of them.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some of them.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Not yet.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  English (CNN) and Italian (RAI1).
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is a direct dialling telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Air conditioning is seasonal and free of charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  There are 2 computers with ADSL connection and printer.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, open from 8am until 8am. Outdoor and not-heated.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Free parking and paying closed garage.
• Where can we rent a car?
  The compagny Lutham is good value for money and offer direct pick-up at the hotel.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Nice Airport 1 Km distance.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Ligne n°12 La Lanterne - Ligne n°60 Costa Bella - Ligne n° 9/10/23 Ferber Carras.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Nice Saint Augustin 10 minutes by walk.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, with an extra charge.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  A very good one. Closed Sunday evening and Monday full day.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  In some rooms.
