  The bulding has 4 floors with a lift to all floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All rooms are quiet and the 4 junior suite are ideal for a romantic stay.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, there are no terraces.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some of them have a small balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, the second and third floor are non smocking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All rooms have satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?

  Yes, with the cable and the Wifi access.

  The parking Mozart is just across the hotel.

  Lots of them. We are located in the heart of Nice.

  No, this service is not available.

  At the Train station.

  Nice center.
• How far away is the beach?
  The beach is 350 meters away.
• Is the beach private or public?
  Both.

  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they are.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but there are many restaurants nearby.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
