 Highly recommended for a visit is the Villa Kérlyos, located acroos the bay in Beaulieu-sur-Mer. Modelled on an antique Greek house, the villa is one man's homage to Greek civilisation. Also recommended is a visit to the villa and gardens of Ephrussi located in Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat. Built at the beginning of the century, the villa is in the Italian style. Renoir Museum in Cagnes sur Mer: On Renoir's family estate, this museum contains furnishings, personal belongings, sculptures and 11 canvasses by the master, surrounded by a magnificent park with olive-trees several hundred years old. |
