We had requested the duplex but they gave us two rooms instead. Actually, this turned out to be better and they didn't charge us more.

The coffee needs to be improved. The receptionists were excellent, however, some of the wait staff should be taught to be more tactful. For example, we only had one large towel in the room and when I called for another, a woman brought one promptly but she was accusatory in her tone wondering how there could only be one towel. Since I had just arrived, I was taken back by her ill manners. At breakfast, another girl insisted my friend use up the rest of the coffee in the coffee pot instead of bringing her hot coffee which was requested. Comments like these by the wait staff are considered rude. However, these two small instances would not stop me from returning. It's just that we are used to staying at places where the wait staff dote on the guests.

The view of Saint Paul from the hotel is breathtaking. The hotel is small so we felt like we had privacy. The pool was an ideal place to read quietly, chat or sip a glass of wine.
