Some the staff was poorly trained. That was the most disappointing part of the stay. There were many times that we requested/ordered something, such as water or a Diet Coke, and we never received it or we had to ask for it twice. Overall, we did not receive the service level we expected, and we should have -- considering the hotel was not crowded while we were there. Also, the beach cafe was not open for dinner while we were there which was also disappointing.
