- At what time can we check-in and out?
All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
The price is per room. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
The breakfast is not included in the price, and it is a typical continental buffet.
- Can we settle the bill on arrival?
You can settle the bill of accomodation, breakfast, and city tax on arrival. But, on departure, you have to pay for your extras. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
English, German, Italian, Spanish, French are spoken at the reception. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
There are 8 floors in the building including top floor where there is the pool. We do have an elevator. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
Yes, there is a refined and warm decoration in the whole Hotel. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
No. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
Most of rooms have a balcony. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
Yes, we have some. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
There is a TV in each room, with satellite-TV. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
There is telephone in each room with direct line. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
There is air conditionning in each room, without any extra charge. It is seasonal. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
There is wireless Internet connection in the Hotel. Please inform us if you need it, before the arrival. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
The swimming pool is open from the 1st of April to the 31st of October. - Is parking or garage available?
There is a garage available. - Where can we rent a car?
There is a car rental just next to the Hotel. - Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
There is a small supermarket next to the Hotel, and a bigger one in the center of Cannes (15 min by walk). - Which is the nearest village or town?
The Hotel is situated in Cannes. - Which is the nearest airport?
Nice is the nearest airport. - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
No, we do not haave shuttle services. But if we are informed before the arrival, we can manage a pickup from and to the airport. - Which is the nearest bus-stop?
In front of the Hotel. - Which is the nearest railway station?
About 1 km far, there is the Cannes' train station. - How far away is the beach?
The Hotel is 50 mt away from the beach. - Is the beach private or public?
There are some private and public beaches next to the Hotel. - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
No. - Are pets welcome?
Pets are welcome. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
Not in the property. But you have lots of restaurant next to the Hotel. - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
Yes, you can.
