• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room and per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Our continental breakfast is excluded from the room rate.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, but we need a credit card inprint in case of any extra.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German, Spanish and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 2 floors (ground floor and first floor), no lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  We do have quiet rooms at the back of the hotel.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Many of the rooms do have a terrace or a balcony.

  Many of the rooms do have a terrace or a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a LCD television with DVD player and satellite channels in each room.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is, it is free of charge and individually controlled.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do. Free WIFI access in all the property.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there is. It is open from May to September.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Free parking available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the reception.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  The nearest grocery stores are in the center of St. Tropez (2,5 km).
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Saint Tropez (2,5 km).

• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Free shuttle to the city and the beach, not from the airport.

  There are no bus stops close by.

• How far away is the beach?
  Less than 2 km.
• Is the beach private or public?
  Both.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, but there is one at less than 500 meters.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, pets are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, a Gastronomic Thaï Restaurant.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, cable and wi-fi connection from the room.
