Reservations, Modification and Cancellation Requests

Once the reservation is confirmed and the down payment is received, a voucher will be issued. This voucher must be printed and shown to the accommodation provider. If the voucher will not be shown to the accommodation provider, the accommodation provider reserves the right to vary prices & conditions applied in the voucher.

Once the reservation is confirmed, any modification or cancellation request must be made through WorldBy.Com's easy-to-use online forms (the same you used to reserve). Links to these forms will always be clearly marked in the e-mailed confirmation voucher. Modification or Cancellation requests will only be considered valid if made using this method.
