- At what time can we check-in and out?
All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
The price is per room. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
Breakfast is not included and we propose a buffet breakfast with hot beverage, viennoiseries, different types of bread, self made cake, fruit juice, cereals, yoghurts, fruits, egbs, delicatessen. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Yes, you can. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
English and German. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
There are 3 floors with elevator and the ground floor without elevator. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
Yes, there are quiet rooms, because the hotel is located in a residential area. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
Yes, some rooms do have a terrace. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
All superior rooms do have either a terrace or a balcony. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
Yes. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
Yes, there is Satellite Tv in all rooms. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
Yes, there is. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
Yes, there is at no extra charge. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
No, we do not have, but there is the Internet access in all rooms. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
Yes, there is a swimming pool, open beetween May and October. - Is parking or garage available?
A private garage is available with extra charge. - Where can we rent a car?
You can rent a car at the airport or nearby. - Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
There are supermarket two steps away. - Which is the nearest village or town?
The nearest town is Le Cannet. - Which is the nearest airport?
Nice. - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
No, we do not have, but there is the airport bus every 30 minutes. - Which is the nearest bus-stop?
In front of the hotel. - Which is the nearest railway station?
Cannes, 15 minute walking distance. - How far away is the beach?
The Croisette is at 10 minute walking distance from the hotel. - Is the beach private or public?
Both of them. - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
No, there is not. - Are pets welcome?
Only little pets with extra charge. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
No, there is not. - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
