We used the parking garage, but it would have been very helpful to know the local rules about on-street parking and whether car theft is a problem.
...
- The pool on the roof is probably nice in the summer, but it wasn't clear beforehand that it was outside.
- Your staff is FANTASTIC! There was a young oriental woman there many times as we were coming and going and she immediately learned our room# and was always extremely nice and helpful. The night manager went above and beyond expectations when we unexpectedly needed to transact some business overnight and was helpful in every way possible. THANK YOU for having such great employees.
- The wireless internet worked flawlessly and this was one reason we chose the Riviera.

- We did eat breakfast at the hotel, and were not charged... but I did think it odd that the automatic charges for 3 x 14 euros would have been 45 euros?? American math would have been 42 euros.

- I don't know your clientele, and understand about the moslem problem, but I would have liked to know about the jewish center, synagogue and kosher restaurant close by. It would definitely have made the difference to choose the Riviera if we were undecided.
- Although the train tracks and highway are not very attractive, they were not annoying.
- listing of the various shops and restaurants close by would be helpful.

- Not a luxury hotel, but a clean, pleasant place to stay with a marvelous staff. The pool, indoor parking, internet, easy walk to the beach and synagogue were just the level of amenities that we needed.
- One small additional thing that would be very nice would be coffee/tea in the room

OUR TRIP WAS BOOKED THROUGH MY COMPUTER JOE MALLAGHAN AND I BOTH STAYED AT THE CANNES RIVIERA AND WE COULD NOT MORE PLEASED WITH THE STAFF AND THE HOTEL, EVERYONE, EVERYDAY WAS POLITE HELPFULL, I FOR ONE WILL BE BACK AS SOON AS AS POSSIBLE, 5 NIGHTS WERE GREAT. nice glass of champagne on arrival. our room was wonderful!! great view and bathtub. we stayed in the suite. breakfast was great! everyone was friendly. the free internet was a fabulous amenity to us!
we didn't want to leave!!
