• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before 1pm.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is not included in the price, there is a continental breakfast at extra charge.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Only when you check out.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  French and English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We have only 2 rooms at the 1st floor without elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All rooms are quiet and private, but there are rooms more romantic than other.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, they do.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Only 2 rooms which are at the 1st floor.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we do not have non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, in every room.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes and there is no extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, at the front desk.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there is.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there is.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Ask to us and we make the reservation for you.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Toulon/Hyeres.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, but we can make a reservation for you at the best price.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  In Saint Tropez there is only 1 bus stop near the port.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Toulon.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Only room service.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, from every room.
