• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The breakfast is not included.French Breakfast is 19.-euros per day and per person.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  No.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  French, English, Italian, Spanish, Roumain.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Eze is a pedestrian and medieval village.We have 2 floors, no lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Certain rooms have a private balcony or terrace for Suite.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes and it is no seasonal.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, we have a private beach at 10 mn by car, open from Easter period till September 15.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, private parking with valet.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the reception.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  No.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  No.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Eze on the spot.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  See "Where we are" page. Nice International Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, We can arrange a private car, taxi or limousine.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Eze, 10 mn by walk from the Hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  In Nice, 10 km.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
