All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
The price is per room and per night. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
No, we serve a continental breakfast witrh an extra charge. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Yes, as you prefer. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
French, English and Italian. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
There are 6 floors and an elevator. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
Yes, our rooms are quiet. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
No, they do not. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
Yes, some of our rooms do. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
Yes, we do. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
Yes, there is a sat/TV with French and foreign channels in each of our rooms. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
Yes, there is. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
Yes, there is, it is individually controlled and there is no extra charge. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
Yes, we do. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
No, there is not. - Is parking or garage available?
Not directly in the hotel but very close (public parking). - Where can we rent a car?
Ask the front desk. - Which is the nearest airport?
Nice Cote d'Azur (International Airport). - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
No, we do not, but from the airport, there is a direct shuttle bus (N° 99) which goes directly from the airport to the railway station (opposite the hotel). - Which is the nearest bus-stop?
At our doorstep. - Which is the nearest railway station?
Nice SNCF station, close the hotel. - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
No, there is not. - Are pets welcome?
Yes, but only small pets, on request and paying a daily extra charge. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
Yes, the SUNFISH CAFE restaurant ideal place for special events and weddings. - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
No, you can not, but our lobby is equipped with Internet high speed access.
