    Check-in time: 2 p.m.
    Check-out time: before midday.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    The price is per room and per day.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    No breakfast is not included in the room price.
    Breakfast consists of hot drinks (coffee, tea, chocolate)croissants, jam, butter, ham, cheese, yoghurt, and cereal.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Yes, clients can settle the bill on arrival or on departure.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    We speak French, English, Italian, Spanish and German.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    The building has 6 floors and 2 elevators.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    All the rooms are quiet because they are sound-proofed.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    Some rooms have a terrace and some of them are overlooking a small garden.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    Some rooms have small balconies.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    Yes, we do have 12 non smoking rooms in the hotel.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    Yes all our rooms have a satellite TV with international channels.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    Yes, there is a telephone with direct dialling in all the rooms.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    All the rooms and public areas of the hotel are air conditioned. There is no extra charge for this.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    Yes, we do have one Internet/E-Mail point in the hotel.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    No there is no swimming pool but we have a spa.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    Yes we do have one garage under the hotel, with extra charge per day for parking.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    The nearest car rental is at 1 minute walk from the hotel. Guests can ask to the reception desk to help them in this matter.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    The nearest airport is Nice Cote d'Azur, 30 km from Cannes.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    No we don't have a shuttle service but the reception desk can reserve a taxi or the clients can take the bus which leaves from the city hall of Cannes every half hour.
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    The nearest bus-stop is on the "croisette".
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    Cannes is the nearest railway station at 1.5 km from the hotel.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    We do have a fitness room for gym only.
  • Are pets welcome?
    Yes pets are welcome.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    Yes there is one restaurant called l'Envol and situated on the roof top of the hotel with a panoramic view.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    Yes you can connect your modem and surf the Internet from your room. The service is with charge.
