- At what time can we check-in and out?
All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
The price is per room. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
No, our rich buffet breakfast is not included in the price. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Yes, as you prefer. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
French, English, Spanish and Italian. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
There are 6 floors and 2 elevators. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
Yes, our rooms are very quiet. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
No, they do not. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
Yes, some rooms do. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
Yes, we do. We do have an entire floor "non smoking". - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
Yes, there is a TV with international channels in all rooms. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?

Yes, there is a swimming pool and a sauna. - Are pets welcome?
Yes, pets are welcome (extra charge). - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
Not at the hotel but on the beach. - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
Yes, you can. All rooms have traditional modem connection and some rooms have also wireless access.
