| Cancellation Policy | |
Cancellation between 15 and 30 before the date of arrival an amount of 30% of the total price will be charged,between 8 and 14 days 50% of the total price will be charged, and cancellation 7 days or less before the date of arrival an amount of 75% of the total price will be charged, for no-shows 100% of the total price will be charged. At the moment of reservation 30% of total amount will be charged on your credit card as a not refundable deposit. Reservation amount is due on arrival.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 720 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |

Check-in: the apartments are available at any time after 4 p.m.
Reception desk is open every day from 9.00 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 5.30 p.m. Here you will be given the keys of your apartment, as well as a parking card, when possible. If you arrive outside the opening hours, please contact the residence before your arrival.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the apartments not later than 11.00 a.m. |
