- At what time can we check-in and out?
All accommodations, Check In from 4pm, Check Out before 11am. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
Our rates are per apartment. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
We do not serve any breakfast. - Is heating included in the price?
Yes, heating is included in the price. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Yes, the balance due, after deduction of the down payment, is required at the arrival day. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
French, English and Italian. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
There are 4 floors and an elevator in both buildings. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
The apartments are quiet (sound-proofed) and nicely modern decorated. - Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
Linen in beds, in toilets and kitchens are provided. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
Some of our apartments have a terrace. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
Some of our apartments have a balcony. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
We do not have not-smoking apartments, but they are spacious and well-ventilated. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
TV with International channels are in sitting rooms and bedrooms. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
Each apartment has a direct telephone line with its own number. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
Air Conditioning is in each apartment, for no extra charge. - Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
We do not have any dining room in common, but each apartment has its lounge room. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
All apartments are Wireless Internet connected (WIFI). - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
There is no swimming pool in the Residence - The Croisette sandy beaches are just a few minutes walking distance. - Is parking or garage available?
A secure parking at special rates is reserved for our customers, close to the Residence. - Where can we rent a car?
Renting cars companies are at your disposal rue d'Antibes, next our Residence. - Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
Very close to the Residence, you can find the market, grocery stores and a supermarket. - Which is the nearest village or town?
We are located in the shopping center of the town. - Which is the nearest airport?
Nice International Airport is only 30 minutes from the Residence. - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
The Airport shuttle bus stops at Gray d'Albion and at the terminal station. - Which is the nearest bus-stop?
The nearest bus stop is at the railway station (5 minutes). - Which is the nearest railway station?
The railway station is only 200 m from the Residence. - How far away is the beach?
The Croisette beaches are only five minutes walking. - Is the beach private or public?
Both private and public beaches are on the Croisette. - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
No, but we can recommend a fitness center close to the Residence. - Are pets welcome?
Pets are welcome. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
There are no restaurants in the property. - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
Wi-fi (wireless Internet Connexion) is available in all flats.
