• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The prices are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  French, English, German and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Four floors. We have an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, some rooms have a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, some rooms have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, in all rooms, as well as Pay-tv.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, in all rooms.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, in all rooms and there isn't an extra charge for it.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, with an extra charge.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Nearby.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Nice airport at 30 kilometres and Cannes Mandelieu at 15 kilometres.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  50 m.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Cannes, at 0,5 kilometres from the hotel.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Yes. We have a Jacuzzi, Sauna and Hammam.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but the guest can enjoy a pre-dinner aperitif or a late night drink in the cosy piano bar.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, there is a dail up connection.
