• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In any time, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, brekfast is not included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, if you want.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  French, English, Italian and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 2 floors plus the garage level and there is one lift at guests' disposal.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All our rooms are quiet and private with their own terrace. The direct sea view executive suite is a bit more romantic than the other rooms. Direct sea view are also very romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Private terrace in every room and private courtyard in garden side rooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes every room has a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there are non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes. Satellite TV in every room.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is a direct dialling telephone in every room.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, no extra charge. The air conditioning is seasonal.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, there is WI-FI system in the whole hotel.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, open all day long, heated.

  Yes outside private paking for free. Closed underground garage for an extra charge.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Directly at the hotel.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there are grocery stores within 5 minutes walk.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Antibes or Juan les Pins.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Nice International Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Can be organised on request.

• How far away is the beach?
  We are 25 meters from the sea.
• Is the beach private or public?
  Private access to the shore on the rock equipped with sun beds.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Jacuzzi available only in the executive suites.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, Gastronomic restaurant "Le Lys d'Or".
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, WI-FI system in the whole hotel.
