- At what time can we check-in and out?
All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
The price is per apartment based on 2 persons occupancy for the studios and duplex, and on 4 persons occupancy for the 2-room apartments. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
Breakfast is not included in the price but a continental breakfast can be served. - Is heating included in the price?
Yes, heating is included in the price. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Yes, if you wish, you can settle the bill on arrival. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
French and English are fluently spoken at the reception. Italian and Spanish are understood. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
All apartments are on the ground floor. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
These are the three words that describe at the best la Résidence du Moulin. - Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
Yes, linen and towels are provided and included in the price. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
Each apartment has a private terrace of an average surface of 9m². - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
No, but they all have a terrace. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
Yes, we do have non smoking rooms in every category of apartment. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
There is a TV, with 12 channels, 6 are French and 6 others are international. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
There is a direct dial telephone. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
Yes there is air conditioning all year round at no additional charge. - Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?

We do: an unlimited Internet connection is at your disposal in every apartment. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
There is a swimming pool open 24H/24h. It is fenced for safety of the children. - Is parking or garage available?
Parking is available for free on the property. - Where can we rent a car?
You can rent a car in Vence (7km) or at Nice airport where you will find car rental companies. - Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
There are 2 groceries in Tourrettes sur Loup and the nearest supermarkets are in Vence (7km). - Are there vineyards nearby?
Yes, there is a vineyard just next to la Résidence du Moulin. Wine and olive oil can be bought direct from the producer. - Which is the nearest village or town?
