- At what time can we check-in and out?
All accommodations, Check In from midday until 10pm, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
The price is per apartment. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
Breakfast is not included in the price. It's Buffet American Breakfast, with cereals, croissants, bread, butter, marmelade, cheese, ham, fruit juices, tea, coffee, chocolate, yogurth and so on. Possibility of room service. - Is heating included in the price?
Yes, heating is included in price. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
You can settle the bill on arrival if you prefer. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
French, English, Italian and Spanish are spoken at the reception. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
There are six floors in the building, with a lift. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
All the apartments are quiet and private. - Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
Towels and linens are provided. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
Two of the apartments have terrace (on fifth floor). - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
From the second to the fourth floor, all the apartments have balcony. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
The second floor is a non smoking floor. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?

Yes, we have WI-FI access in the residence. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
No swimming pool, but three jacuzzi on the terrace on the fifth floor. - Is parking or garage available?
Yes, underground private parking available on booking. - Where can we rent a car?
At the reception desk. - Which is the nearest airport?
The nearest airport is Nice Côte d'Azur Airport. - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
A bus shuttle from the airport stops every 30 minutes in front of the residence. - Which is the nearest bus-stop?
At the bottom of the residence. - Which is the nearest railway station?
The nearest railway station is 1 km far from the residence. - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
There are three jacuzzi on the terrace on the 5th floor. - Are pets welcome?
Pets are welcome (with daily extra charge). - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
No restaurant in the property. - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
Yes, you can connect modem and surf the Internet from the apartment.
