• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 7am until 10pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is not included, guests can ejoy a continental buffet breakfast with an extra cost.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, if you want to.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, Italian, Spanish, German and Russian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 8 floors and 2 lifts.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all our apartments are very quiet and romantic overlooking the seaside.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  We provide them.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, all of them.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  There are terraces in every apartment.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there are non smoking apartments.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is cable Tv in every apartment.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is a direct dialling telephone in every apartment.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is air conditioning without extra charge.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Each apartment has its own dining room.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not but the sea is within 20 metres.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is a parking 200 metres away.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Ask at ther reception.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there are.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Nice.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The airport is 5 minutes away by car.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We can arrange it.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  In front of the hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Nice station.
• How far away is the beach?
  20 metres away.
• Is the beach private or public?
  Both, there are 2 private beaches and 1 public.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not but there is a finess centre nearby.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, pets are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No but there are many restaurants within short walking distance.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
