The property was not as central as we expected. The apartment was not acceptably clean. The tiles outside rece[tion became very slippery in rain. Both my wife an son fell.

We arrived around 1 AM, so the lobby was closed. We called the hotel and the night guardian checked us in after that. He was aware we would arrive late.
