The amount of the 1st night of your stay will be charged on the credit card given at the reservation. The cancellation is free of charge up to 48h prior to arrival (the amount will be refunded) --- In the case you book the NON REFUNDABLE category, the amount of your whole stay will be charged on the credit card given at the reservation and this booking cannot be amended or cancelled without fees (100% fees will occur as soon as the booking is made).
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 48 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
