    All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.

    No, breakfast is not included in the price. It is a rich continental breakfast.

  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    There are 4 floors and an elevator.

    Yes, and half of the rooms overlook the internal garden and are very quiet.

    No, they do not.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    Yes, some rooms/apartments do.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    Yes, we do have 4 non-smoking rooms.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
    Yes, there is a TV with international channels in each of our rooms/apartments.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    Yes, there is a telephone with direct dialling in all the rooms/apartments.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    Yes, there is. It is seasonal and free of charge.

    No, we do not but all rooms are equipped with Wi-Fi access.

    Both. Public and private beach with restaurant are available.

    No, there is not.

    Yes, they are.

    No, but we have some partner restaurants nearby.
