  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    All accommodations, Check In from 3pm until 9pm, Check Out before 11.30am.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    Our rates are per room.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    Breakfast is not included. It is a continental breakfast served in room.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    You can give a deposit and pay the balance the day on departure.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    French, Engish and Italian.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    The Hotel is on the first floor, and there are no elevators. The reception and all rooms are on the same floor.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    All rooms are personalized each with different colors in romantic style, except the junior suite in leopard or tigre style. Some are on the garden side.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    We do not have any terraces or balconis but all rooms are bright.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    No.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    Our politic is to avoid to smoke in rooms and at the reception or in the hall.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
    All rooms have a LCD screen with satellite.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    All rooms have a direct dialling line.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    All rooms have private air conditioning with remote control, and there is no extra charge for it.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    We do not have an Internet point but we have free wireless in the whole Hotel.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    No.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    There is a parking place in front of the Hotel for the arrivals. We have preferential rate in Noga Hilton palace (in front) parking.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    At 100 mt.
  • Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
    Just down there you will find a small market groceries and at 600 mt a supermarket.
  • Which is the nearest village or town?
    We are in the center of Cannes.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    Nice Côte d'Azur.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    No, but we can book a taxi or a shuttle, or the helicopter to pick you up at your arrival.
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    On the Croisette, the promenade, at 100 meters from the Hotel, in front of the Noga Hilton.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    Cannes station, at 300 mt.
  • How far away is the beach?
    The private beach is at 100 meters, the public one is at 300 meters.
  • Is the beach private or public?
    Both.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    We have a free SPA (Jacuzzi and sauna) at your disposal. Maximum 3 persons.
  • Are pets welcome?
    We allow pets but you have to keep them with you when you are out.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    We do not have any restaurants but there are many around.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    Yes. We have a modem plug or free wireless access.
