• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: from 01.00 pm.
  Check-out: before midday.
  Late Check out: On Request .
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, of course.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We have 5 floors and of course, an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Some rooms are at the street side and some rooms are at the back side (quiet).
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some rooms have terraces (only 4).
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some rooms have balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, 50 % of the hotel.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, we have Italian, English and German channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes with socket for personal computer.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, all the hotel with no extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we have a Internet Access at the Bar or WI-FI (interent wireless connection) in 2 floors (about 10 rooms). We can lend Wireless card.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We have a public parking infront of the hotel with very "special rate" for hotel guest.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the reception. Rent company can pick you at the hotel.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  5 kms from the Hotel. Taxi or Direct bus is available (every 30 minuts for about 4 euros per person).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  It's possible on request.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  At the Avenue Jean Medecin (50 meter).
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The main station of Nice (800 meters )10 min walking.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but there are many restaurants around the hotel.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, in 2 floors (about 10 rooms).
