• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check in 14:00; check out 11:00.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No it's not and it's a buffet breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  You could but we rather do it at the end.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  French, English, Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 4 floors and there's a lift in the building.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes they are.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No they have not, only three rooms and all of them have a courtyard in common.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some of them.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No we don't we have no difference.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes there's and it has an international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes there's.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes there's. No there's not.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No we don't only near by.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No there's not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes there's is but public and not private one.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Just close to the hotel we have an individual car rental company.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  It's at 15 mnts by car from the Hotel.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No we don't.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  It's situated on the Promenade des Anglais a few steps from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  It's "Nice ville" only 15 mnts walking from the Hotel.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No there's not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes they are but there's a charge of 4 Euros per night.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No there's not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes you can.
