We had requested a room for 3, the 3rd being our 10 year old son. When we checked in the receptionist thought we had a baby. The room was tight to begin with then they added a fold out mattress for the floor which took up even more of the walking area. The room was very cramped.

Very nice location - just a block or two from the Sea, convenient parking nearby, beautiful breakfast room, clean airy, very tight rooms. We had 3 people and we were always in each other's way.

We arrived at about 1:00 am. (Our train was late.) The staff on duty was expecting us. He welcomed us quickly and concisely with directions to the room.

#8 - The room and bathroom were smaller than expected but clean, quiet and private. The tissue container in the bathroom was empty but was refilled promptly when requested.

The staff was prepared and organized for our checkout. There was an error on the bill(charge for breakfast) but it was corrected quickly with no questions asked. They called a cab for us and when the cab was delayed by a few minutes, informed us of the delay.

The location was excellent - so close to the Promenade! Maybe the website stated that but I was very pleased with the hotel's walking distance to the beach, train station, shopping, restaurants.

Rooms are nothing special but they are clean and have air conditioning. The ladies at the front desk were not friendly.
