- At what time can we check-in and out?
All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
Our rates are per room. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
Our buffet breakfast is not included in the price. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Yes, as you prefer. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
French, English, German and Dutch. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
There are 3 floors and a lift. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
All the rooms are rather quiet, but if you want a really quiet room you have to choose a room with the view over the pine wood rather than on the swimming pool. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
Yes, they do. All rooms have a private terrace. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
Yes, they do. All rooms have a private balcony. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
Yes, we do. All rooms are non smoking. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
Yes, there is a Sat/Tv with international channels in all rooms. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
Yes, there is. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
Yes, there is, it is free of charge and seasonal. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
Yes, we do. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
Yes, there is. It is open all year round but it is not heated. - Is parking or garage available?
The Hotel has a private and closed car park. - Where can we rent a car?
We can call for you a car rental agency in Saint-Raphaël. - Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
There is a grocery store at 500 m from the hotel and several supermarkets in town (5 km). - Are there vineyards nearby?
Many vineyards are situated in the area. We can organise visits for you. - Which is the nearest village or town?
Saint-Raphaël is at 5 km and Agay at 6 km. - Which is the nearest airport?
Nice-Côte d'Azur is the nearest airport (65 km). - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
No, we do not but we can hire taxis. Otherwise there is a convenient shuttle bus running from Nice airport to St. Raphael centre. - Which is the nearest bus-stop?
The nearest bus stop is at 50 m far from the Hotel. - Which is the nearest railway station?
Saint-Raphaël is the nearest railway station (TGV from Paris)- 5 km. - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
No, there is not. - Are pets welcome?
Pets are welcome in the Hotel but not in the restaurants. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
Yes, there are 2 restaurants, one open for lunch and other for dinner. - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
Yes, you can.
