- At what time can we check-in and out?
All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
per room. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
Breakfast is included for a minium stay of three nights.
Otherwise it is not included and the price depends on the type of breakfast (we serve continental and hot buffet breakfast). - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Yes, you can. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
French, English, German ,Italian and Spanish. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
There are 4 floors and an elevator. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
Most of the rooms are very quiet. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
Yes, we do have rooms with terrace (on request). - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
Most of the rooms do have a small balcony. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
Yes, we do. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
All our rooms have satellite television with international channels and pay tv. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
Yes, there is. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
Yes, there is, it is free of charge and individually controlled. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
Yes, we do. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
All our clients can use the facilities at the hotel Splendid such as swimming-pool, heated jacuzzi, sauna. - Is parking or garage available?
Parking and garage are available at extra cost. - Where can we rent a car?
Plenty firms are situated close to the hotel. - Which is the nearest airport?
Nice airport (7 km). - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
No. - Which is the nearest bus-stop?
The nearest bus stop is 300 meters far from us. - Which is the nearest railway station?
Nice SNCF railway station (400 m). - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
At the hotel Splendid, sister hotel. - Are pets welcome?
Yes. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
No, there is not but there is at the hotel Splendid (100 meters far from the hotel). - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
You can surf the Internet only from some of the rooms.
Please let us know in advance if you wish to book a room with Internet access.
