All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?

No, our continental breakfast is not included in the price. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?

There are 2 floors and a lift. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
All the rooms are charming and private. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?

No, we do not but we take care of excellent cleaning. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
Yes, there is a TV with international channels in all rooms. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
Yes, there is. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
Yes, there is, it is individually controlled and free of charge. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
Not yet but clients can connect their own laptop on the telephone line. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
The outside swimming-pool is open from April to October. - Is parking or garage available?

The nearest bus stop is at 25 meters far from the hotel. - Which is the nearest railway station?
Juan les Pins station (2 minutes walking distance). - How far away is the beach?
Clients have just to cross the street! - Is the beach private or public?
