- At what time can we check-in and out?
All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
Prices are per room. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
Breakfast is not included in the price, we propose a continantel breakfast in the room or a buffet one in the breakfast room. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Yes, of course. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
French, English, Italian and German. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
There are 7 floors, with two lifts. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
The Suites, at the 7th floor are particularly quiet and nice. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
Yes, some of them. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
Yes, some of them. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
Not for the moment. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
Yes, all the rooms have television with satellite channels. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
Yes. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?

No. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?

Yes, upon request, and for an extra fee. - Where can we rent a car?
We can arrange it for you. - Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?

Nice airport. - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
No, but we have an agreement with a company, and we can organize it for you. - Which is the nearest bus-stop?
Stop: La Régence, line 200, at 5 minutes walking. - Which is the nearest railway station?
Juan les Pins. - How far away is the beach?
1 minute walking. - Is the beach private or public?
The Hotel has its own private beach, but there are also public beaches. - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
No. - Are pets welcome?
Yes, Dogs allowed for an extra fee. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
Yes. - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
There is wi-fi connection in the whole Hotel, for an extra fee.
