• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: from 03:00 pm.
  Check-out: before midday, but you can use luggage storage and hotel facilities until later.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room and per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, Buffet breakfast is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can. However we would ask you to check out with the front desk on the day of departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Italian, German, Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The building has 8 floors, we have an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, check out our open spa rooms with private terrace and jacuzzi, or our rendez vous rooms with a view on the top of Nice roofs and a big terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  We have rooms with private terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  We have rooms with balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, please specify while your reserve.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have portable phones in each room, that you may take to the public areas, on check in we will provide you with your ouwn phone number, so yours friends and family can call you directly.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All rooms have air conditioning, there is no extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  We have a cyber place in the lobby, you may connect your own computer in your room, we have low speed and high speed connections.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, we have a roof pool with terrace and a panoramic view over Nice.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is a public parking 10 meters away from the hotel.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the front desk.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Nice Côte d'Azur International.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, but on request we can arrange an airport transfer.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Gambetta.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Nice Ville.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  We have a steam sauna (use included in the room rate).
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?

• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
