• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is not included in the room price and it is a buffet breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  No, payment at check-out date.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  French, English, Italian and a little bit of German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The building has 2 floors and no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All the rooms are quiet (double windows) and all the rooms are different: private and in a romantic provençal style.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some rooms have terrace or balcony.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some rooms.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  We have TV in all the rooms with a satellite.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In the city centre.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, 2 minutes by walk.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Antibes and Juan les Pins.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Nice airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  On request.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  2 minutes by walk.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Antibes Station is 2 kms from the property.
• How far away is the beach?
  10 minutes by walk.
• Is the beach private or public?
  Private and public beaches, both are available.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
