All accommodations, Check In from 4pm, Check Out before midday. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?

It depends of the season. During Middle season and Low season, the breakfast is not included (it's a continental breakfast). During High season the breakfast is included for two persons, it's a buffet breakfast. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?

There is a beach in front of the hotel, from the garden there is a path reserved for guests to our private beach on the Bay of La Garoupe. - Is the beach private or public?
