• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is included, and we propose a continental breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes if you want.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, a little Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 4 levels, with lift. But to reach the reception there are some steps.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All rooms are quiet and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, some.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, some.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, but we try to keep some rooms for non smokers guests.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, all rooms have satellite television.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, everywhere.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, but there is Wi-Fi connection in the whole Hotel, for an extra fee.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, we have a heated swimming-pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Menton or at the Airport of Nice.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, at 5 minutes walking.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Monaco.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Nice airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, but we can organize it for a special price.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Place d'Armes, at 40 meters.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Menton.
• How far away is the beach?
  The beach is two minutes walking, on the other side of the Avenue there is the promenade.
• Is the beach private or public?
  Both.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Dogs are welcome, for an extra charge.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, Le Riaumont.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  There is Wi-Fi connection.
