• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2.30pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room and per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, our continental breakfast is not included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Of course you can. All extras will have to be paid before departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak French, German and English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We have 3 floors served by an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All our renovated rooms are all tastefully decorated, yet we recommand you try our second floor rooms to enjoy the panoramic view on the sea and the port.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, some have.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, some have.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we do not have.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is with satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is, the costs of which are already included in the price.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Clients can connect to our WiFi in their room or in the lounge.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not, but the beach is nearby.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, we have some parking spaces reserved for our clients.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Le Lavandou.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  We are located right in the town center and there are all types of shops around.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  We are located right in the town center of Le Lavandou.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  It is Toulon Hyères airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No we do not have such service, but there are buses and taxis there.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  It is Lavandou Railway Station bus stop.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  It is Hyères station.
• How far away is the beach?
  It is nearby, at only 50 meters.
• Is the beach private or public?
  Some parts are private and some are public.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, we are sorry pets are not authorised in the premises.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not, but we will be more than happy to help you chose a restaurant.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  We have WiFi in the whole building.
