They were expecting us and no problem with the prepayment.

The only thing not perfect,
there was water on the bathroom floor area with the toilet. We told them and they said the plumber was coming the following week.
We asked for towels to at least dry the floor. No more leaking occured during the stay, but they didn't seem concerned.

No problems, very nice breakfast. Very relaxing atmosphere in the dining/sitting area.

Beautiful views of ocean in front and the mountains behind. It has a different feel from other ocean resorts, more trees.

Convenient to beach and restaurants and very relaxing, beautiful view. Very quiet during the fall season.

Excellent location in the heart of the village directly acrossed from the beach. Parking is difficult but paid parking is available a little ways away from the hotel. We got the fabulous room on the 2nd floor with front balcony -- great view and very private. The staff, particularly the blond woman (who is not the woner) went above and beyond in giving us handwritten directions to an attraction we were going to see. The place was immaculate. Don't bring in heavy luggage. The stairs on the side of the building have to be used and the lift is small.
