- At what time can we check-in and out?
All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before 11.30am. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
The price is per room and per night. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
No, our continental breakfast is not inclued. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Yes, of course you can. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
We speak English, German, a bit of Italian and Slavic. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
We have 2 floors but no lift. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
Yes, our bedrooms, quiet and tastefully decorated, are all private. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
The ground floor rooms have a patio. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
Yes, some have. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
No, we are sorry, we do not. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
All the rooms are equipped with satellite TV. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
Yes, there is. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
Yes, there is and it's free of charge. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
Yes, we have. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
Yes there is. Our swimming pool is open from May to October, from 8am to 8pm. - Is parking or garage available?
There is a public parking just outside the hotel, otherwise we have a garage where our clients can park their car (extra charge). - Where can we rent a car?
You can rent one in Le Lavandou at 4 kilometers. - Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
All conveniences (grocery stores, tobacconist, newsagent...) are nearby at 1,5 kilometers away. - Which is the nearest village or town?
It is Le Lavandou and Cavalière. - Which is the nearest airport?
It is Hyeres-Toulon airport at 25 kilometers. - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
No we do not run this kind of service. - Which is the nearest bus-stop?
It is "Les Roches" just 100 meters away. - Which is the nearest railway station?
It is Hyeres train station. - How far away is the beach?
The beach is very close, only at 100 meters away. - Is the beach private or public?
A part of it is private and another part is public. - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
No there is not. - Are pets welcome?
We are sorry pets are only welcome in ground floor rooms. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
We only serve breakfast in the premises. - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
Yes, you can.
