To guarantee your booking a deposit of 30% of the total amount will be charged on your credit card by the hotel. In case of cancelation: -30 days before the stay the deposit will be refund. -30 to15 days before arrival 40% of the total amount of the stay charged. -14 to 8 days before arrival 50% of the total amount of the stay charged -7 to 3 days before the arrival 75% of the total amount of the stay charged -late cancelation or no-show, 100% of the total amount of the stay charged.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 720 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
