The Castellana family and its Chef has wanted to create an original cooking: to mix savours and spices from everywhere and to invite you to divide these thousand simple and sunny perfumes which will flatter your palate at the rhythm of the seasons. |
 The color is everywhere, in the plate a pleiad of tastes and proud savours which combine all the Mediterranean perfumes.We wanted for this restaurant, to make a cooking which we like, or more exactly the cooking than we would like to discover if we had sat at this table. |
 The Hotel proposes every morning a delicious buffet breakfast served in the Hotel garden in summer, surrounded by the scents of Mimosa, Roses and Jasmine. | The Hotel Paris-Rome is located amidst the beautiful gardens of Menton. The beaches and the new port of Garavan are at 20 minutes by foot. The centre of Menton is at 15 minutes walking. But this walk will please you, and will give you the possibility to make a nice tour along the promenade enjoying the beautiful landscape of the seaside and the French Riviera. Monte Carlo is at only 10 minutes by car, and Nice 30 minutes. |
