• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm until 10pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Our rates are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, breakfast is not included in the price. We serve a buffet breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  If you stay only one night we ask for a deposit, and you can pay the rest whenever you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  French, Italian, English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 2 floors, and there are no lifts.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All our rooms are very quiet as the Hotel is situated is amid the beautiful gardens of Menton . The rooms have all the same exposition and are furnished in a romantic provencial style.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a TV with a wide choice of international channels in each of our rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is, it is individually controlled and free.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, but we have Internet access in all rooms as well as wi-fi.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We have free outside parking and on request a private parking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  The reception is at your entire disposal for car rentals and any kind of transfers.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  We are at about 300 m from a supermarket.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Menton Center is situaed at 2 km - on foot 15mn.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Nice International Airport ( 1/2 hour drive).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  The reception is at your entire disposal for transfers. Transfer can be arranged by taxi.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus station is Menton Garavan.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest train station are the central station Menton and the local station Menton Garavan at 200 m.
• How far away is the beach?
  There is a public beach at 50 m. The Hotel has a partnership with a private beach.
• Is the beach private or public?
  You have the choice.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Pets are welcome only at the gourmet restaurant.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, Gourmet restaurant and its exceptional patio-terrace managed by the famous chef Yannick Fauires.
  
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can. We have Internet access in all rooms.
