• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No. You can have breakfst with an extra cost.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  French, English, German, Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The building has 7 floor + terrace and 2 lifts.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  We have different views, we are in the city centre but we have quiet rooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, the ground floor rooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  All superior rooms have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, TV Sat in all rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Air conditioning for all rooms, no extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Not at the hotel, but in the area you can find a Cyber Café.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Garage is available upon request with an extra charge.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Menton or at the Airport of Nice.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Nice.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we can arrange transfert (with extra charge).
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  In the centre 100 meters Menton bus Station (if you come from Airport).
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Menton.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Yes, just behind hotel.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, with a supplement.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  We have a restaurant in the hôtel.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, all rooms have a modem adaptator.
