very efficient and speedy checkin.

the staff were always willing and helpful in answering questions and providing information about the town and its facilities.
the hotel was very clean and comfortable.
breakfast is a bit expensive at euro 10. local coffe shops provide breakfast at half that price!

The staff needed a pin number with my credit card, which is something I did not have to provide in other hotels.

very clean and comfortable. good value for money. very central and close to all amenities e.g.train station, old town and restaurants, beach, casino and churches.
We will stay again.

Sometimes difficult to get service in the 7th floor bar/solarium area during the day, despite its being advertised as a 'feature'. Rooms overlooked the road which was very noisy late evening and early morning. This should have been mentioned.

Staff on reception didn't seem to be able to call for additional help when the desk was busy, resulting in a long wait.

Good location for beach and old town; short walk to both; 10 minutes walk to Garavan beach (better for children - sandy). Reasonably comfortable and decently equipped rooms. Ask for rooms that do not overlook the road at the front of the property as this can be very noisy.
