Accommodations

As the name of the property suggests ("Mauresque" means "Moorish" in French), the style of the construction follows the premises of the Moorish architecture, and this is evident both in the facades of both villas as well as inside their guestrooms. "Les Jardins" is placed right on the sea-front, offering five guestrooms, apart from a number of common areas: on the ground floor there is an entrance hall, a guest toilet, a ravishing dining room with space for 14 people at the table, a completely equipped kitchen and a private terrace where you may choose to have your breakfast served.

The chambers, only one placed on the ground floor and the remaining ones on the first level, get their names from famous writers. The most luxurious unit is Suite Rimbaud, which comprises a bedroom with two single beds, a dresser, a separate room with a double sofa bed, a private terrace and fantastic views of the sea. Then you may try other three guestrooms sporting marvellous four-poster beds: at Breton room blue shades prevail, while green governs in Baudelaire and yellow in Apollinaire. Last but not least, Miller room features two single beds, which may be joined on request, and passionate hues of burgundy.

Meanwhile, "Le Palais" has different amenities along its ground floor, its first floor and its tower. At the ground floor, there is an entrance hall, a fully equipped kitchen leading to the gardens, a living area and a dining room. There is also an outdoor area, where you may prepare meals in summer (there is a "cuisine d`été", or summer kitchen) and furnished with a garden table and chairs.

Five of the guestrooms are also displayed along the ground floor, in this case with names of famous painters. Choose among Van Gogh, Gauguin or Monet, among others: there are double chambers with air conditioning and marbled bathrooms. There is also a large bedroom measuring 25 square metres on this level, Renoir room: here streaks of gold appear on the king-size four-poster bed, or on the marvellous bathroom. On the first floor you will find Matisse room and Miro room, while at the tower of the villa there are two chambers, both with splendid views on the sea: one of them is a double one, with a large terrace, and the other is a single room.
