The two villas that make up La Villa Mauresque, "Le Palais" and "Les Jardins", comprise 15 guestrooms of exquisite decoration and furnishing, many of them following the premises of Moorish style. The latter was inspiration for the construction of the two villas, designed by Chapoulard in 1860. This famous architect was in charge of many of the neo Moorish villas in the Cote d`Azur, and his outstanding talents are still visible at this property. |
For their stay, guests may choose a chamber, they are named after painters in the case of "Le Palais" and after writers in "Les Jardins" or rent the while villas if they wish to travel with groups of 12 to 19 people. Each villa has a kitchen of its own where you will be able to leave food in the refrigerator or prepare your own recipes if you do not feel like going out to the many restaurants in the area. |
In addition to this, the mansions have delightful salons and fireplaces, apart from beautiful gardens overlooking the sea (the beach is only 50 metres away. You should bear in mind that La Villa Mauresque is not an ordinary hotel: unless you request it, the rooms do not have tvs, and the restaurant is open during high season only. |
